Livi Kapital seeks to source equity that poses a very high barrier to entry, including: family offices, long-term-hold investors, and 1031 TIC investors, with the ultimate goal of creating lasting value for our GP clients. At the same time, we never compromise on due diligence and underwriting, and work to ensure that both the sponsor profile, and the opportunity at hand, are an appropriate match to the investors we bring to the table.

Livi Kapital also actively co-invests with GP’s and would consider making investments across the capital stack. We bring value to our retail investor base by giving them access to opportunities that institutions are looking at.
